Bruce Davidson - Chairman & Independent Director

Bruce is a former senior partner of Phillips Fox, an Australasian law firm. He is currently a full time professional director and chairperson for a number of private and publicly listed companies in New Zealand and Australia. Bruce is a fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, Chairman of its Auckland Branch and a Councilor of its national body.

 

 

 


Keith Mitchell - Managing Director

Keith is Managing Director of all of the Telco group of companies in Australia and New Zealand working from Telco's office in Auckland. Keith graduated in law from Auckland University, New Zealand in 1988 and was employed at the law firm Chapman Tripp's Auckland office from 1988 to 1995 providing corporate real estate advice to forestry, railway, electricity and telecommunications industries. Keith joined Telecom in December in 1995 and became one of Telco's founding shareholders following Telco's acquisition of Telecom's property services business in April 1999. Keith succeeded Anthony Robertson as Managing Director of the Telco group of companies in April 2001.

 

 


Richard Hansen - Executive Director

Richard heads Telco's fitout projects and design team. He is a professional Project Manager and has extensive experience in realisation of all facets of building construction, property facilities and infrastructure projects specialising in:

  • Working environment (accommodation) change management
  • Workplace planning, design, and build services for commercial offices, customer contact or call centres, technology environments (data centres, computer suites and telephony centres) and retail outlets.

Over the past decade Richard has been an industry leader in researching, developing and taking to market alternative working environment products for the corporate and the general business market. Included in this package of work has been the design and development of the next generation in call centre environments and the "Flexible Office". Both these innovations have resulted in best in class performance for Telco's clients.

Richard is one of Telco's founding shareholders following Telco's acquisition of Telecom's property services business in April 1999. From April 2006 Richard is responsible at executive level for new client business initiatives at Telco.
